VocabularySpellingCity GIVEAWAY

VocabularySpellingCity is one of my favorite educational sites on the web. This award winning site's mission is to provide efficient learning of literacy skills and word study. I have had the honor of working with this site for over a year. My journey with VocabularySpellingCity began as a user. I would never endorse a product that I wasn't passionate about. Why do I love VocabularySpellingCity?

I am provided with free online games, printables, and resources for my weekly spelling and vocabulary lessons. You can create your own lists from their database of over 42,000 words, our you use one of their precreated lists found under the Teacher Resources tab.

The games work perfectly on our interactive whiteboard. My students play the games using their spelling words daily during our literacy centers. They never tire of the games.

The site makes differentiation easy. Each week, I have three separate lists going in my classroom based on student needs. With the assignments feature, I can simply provide each child his/her appropriate list.

Weekly tests are given on VocabularySpellingCity. That means no calling out words and no grading! With a Premium Membership, each child's weekly test scores are saved!
